Alex Returns to Canada & A Little Flower

A little flower reveals God's magnificent glory through its simple beauty.
Alex Returns to Canada & A Little Flower
"...if all the lowly flowers wished to be roses, nature would no longer be enameled with lovely hues. And so it is in the world of souls, Our Lord's living garden.” St. Thérèse de Lisieux

I want to share with you an image of a Crocus flower, the earliest spring bloom here in Alberta Canada, perched on the side of a cliff face. I found it amazing how God planted this little flower here, to remind me (and you) of his graces. He can provide for life in any environment! Even for such a little lonely flower in such shallow & otherwise infertile soil. May we offer him a sacrifice of thanksgiving for all he has given us.

I have returned to continue my work at Frontier Lodge in Canada. I want to thank my many friends, fellow saints in Christ, for co-ministering with me through your prayers.

This summer I will continue to lead Rock climbing, Whitewater rafting, & numerous other adventure sports. I also am leading SALT, which many of you know requires extra prayer and support. Please, if you would incline yourself in this way, I need spiritual friends to pray for us daily between July 13-August 2. Please pray for SALT for safety, for the Holy Spirit working to unite us, for special graces for the leadership, and for God's mercy to transform the participants' hearts through our instruction in Gospel leadership.

If you support me financially, I also continue to need your gifts every month so that I can afford my bills. If you're reading this and do not support me financially, any gift that you can offer makes it possible for me to continue in this ministry and is God's provision for my needs. Check out the giving page on my website for more info.

Thank you, and God bless you.
Alex
